Educational Visits
Summer time usually brings better weather so we head off on exciting visits to enhance what we have been learning.
Reception class visited The Discovery Museum, Saltwell Park and The Angel of the North! What a busy day
The children in Years one and two went to The Blue Reef Aquarium in Tynemouth. We learned all about the creatures that live in the sea, and then we went and paddled in it!
The children in Years three and four visited the theatre to see Horrible Science. The bad weather stopped them from calling in to the park, but they are hoping to fix that this week! Fingers crossed!
Year five went to Hamsterly Forest for the day. They worked together to build shelters - which they tested to see if they were waterproof! They also had the chance to play on the playground.
Year six went away for the weekend to Robinwood.
